The future change to the allocation of Lifetime Tenancies would be a big step for Family Mosaic and the rest of the housing sector.

We have commissioned independent research with our own tenants to look at the challenges it presents, and to help inform our Board when it considers our own Tenancy Strategy.

Like our earlier research into Affordable Rent: ‘Mirror, Signal Manoeuvre’, we hope it generates debate and helps others draw their own conclusion. This has been sent to all key stakeholders including MP's.
